End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Parties

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding contract between:

Licensee: The individual or entity that has purchased and/or downloaded any AI Income digital product ("you", "End User").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any AI Income digital product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not access or use the product and contact us immediately at info@ai-income.eu to request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2. Products Covered

This EULA applies to all digital products sold by MUNAVE LIMITED under the AI Income brand, including but not limited to:

• AI Income Brain System — skill files, specialist agents, advisory packs, and all included components
• AI Income Executor System — code agents, slash commands, skill files, production packs, and all included components
• Any supplementary packs, updates, or add-ons distributed by MUNAVE LIMITED

Collectively referred to as the "Product" or "Products".

3. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of the applicable purchase price, MUNAVE LIMITED grants you a:

Limited · Non-exclusive · Non-transferable · Revocable · Personal-use license

to install and use the Product on your personal devices, or within your own business operations, for the purposes described in the product documentation.

This license is for one individual user. Team or organizational use requires a separate license. Contact info@ai-income.eu for multi-seat pricing.

4. Permitted Uses

You may:

• ✓ Use the Product for your own personal and internal business purposes
• ✓ Use the Product to deliver services to your own clients (as a tool, not as a resold product)
• ✓ Install the Product on multiple devices that you personally own and control
• ✓ Access all future updates and additions included with your license tier
• ✓ Modify individual skill files or agent configurations for your personal workflow

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

• ✗ Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product or any component thereof
• ✗ Share, upload, or publish Product files publicly (including GitHub, file-sharing platforms, Telegram groups, Discord servers, or any public forum)
• ✗ Create and sell competing products based on or derived from AI Income content, methodology, or file structure
• ✗ Bundle or repackage AI Income content within another product or service for commercial distribution
• ✗ Transfer your license to another individual, business, or entity
• ✗ Claim authorship or ownership of the Product or represent it as your own creation
• ✗ Use the Product to generate content for mass spam, misinformation, or harmful purposes
• ✗ Reverse engineer the underlying methodology, structure, or design systems of the Product for commercial replication

Violation of any prohibited use is grounds for immediate license termination without refund and may result in civil or criminal legal action under Irish and EU intellectual property law.

6. Affiliate and Reseller Partners

Authorized affiliates and reseller partners operating under a separate written agreement with MUNAVE LIMITED are permitted to market and promote AI Income products in accordance with the terms of their affiliate or partnership agreement. Affiliate partners do not receive a license to distribute Product files — they facilitate sales only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Products — including but not limited to skill files, agent configurations, prompt frameworks, knowledge bases, documentation, and design methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of MUNAVE LIMITED and is protected by:

• Copyright law (Irish Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 and EU Directive 2019/790)
• Database rights (EU Directive 96/9/EC)
• Trade secret and confidentiality protections

The license granted in Section 3 does not constitute a transfer of ownership. MUNAVE LIMITED retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Products.

8. Third-Party Services

The Products are designed for use with Claude (a product of Anthropic PBC) and, in some cases, n8n and other third-party platforms. Use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and licenses. MUNAVE LIMITED is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC, n8n, or any other third-party platform referenced in the Products.

"Claude" and the Claude logo are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Updates and New Versions

Subject to the terms of your purchase, MUNAVE LIMITED may provide updates, additions, or new versions of the Products. Updates are provided under the same license terms as the original Product. MUNAVE LIMITED reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change the Product at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MUNAVE LIMITED does not warrant that:

• The Products will meet your specific requirements
• Outputs generated using the Products will be error-free, legally compliant, or fit for any specific purpose
• The Products will be compatible with all versions of Claude or other third-party platforms
• Any specific business results will be achieved through use of the Products

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and suitability of any AI-generated output before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• MUNAVE LIMITED's total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the Product
• MUNAVE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Product, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption

Nothing in this EULA limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Irish or EU law.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting all copies of the Product from your devices and ceasing use. Termination by you does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in the Refund Policy.

12.2 By MUNAVE LIMITED

MUNAVE LIMITED may terminate this license immediately and without notice if you:

• Breach any provision of this EULA
• Redistribute, resell, or share the Product without authorization
• Use the Product in violation of applicable law

Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Product in your possession. MUNAVE LIMITED reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any breach.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy available at ai-income.eu, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MUNAVE LIMITED with respect to the Products and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Amendments

MUNAVE LIMITED reserves the right to amend this EULA at any time. The updated EULA will be posted at ai-income.eu/eula with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Product after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended EULA. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the Product.
