We stand behind the quality of our digital products. This Policy explains when and how refunds are available, what process to follow, and your rights as a customer under EU and Irish consumer protection law.

3. Digital Products
3.1 General Rule
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
3.2 Our 14-Day Guarantee
Despite the above, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you purchase any AI Income product and are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund — no forms required, no detailed explanation needed.
To request a refund, simply email info@ai-income.eu within 14 days of your purchase date with your order ID. We process all refunds within 1 business day.
3.3 EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (non-business) residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a digital product purchase within 14 days of the purchase date — provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product — under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
By accessing or downloading the digital product, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 3.2) applies independently and provides equivalent or greater protection.
3.4 Eligible Refund Situations
We will always issue a refund if:
- You request one within 14 days of purchase (our guarantee — see 3.2)
- The product is materially different from what was described at time of purchase
- The product contains significant technical errors rendering it unusable, and we cannot fix them within 7 business days
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- The purchase was made fraudulently (unauthorized transaction)
3.5 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
- Violation of our Terms of Use or EULA
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us
4. How to Request a Refund

Refund Request – [Order ID] - Include: your name, registered email, order ID, date of purchase
- We will acknowledge within 24 hours and process within 1 business day
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve all legitimate disputes swiftly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to Whop's anti-fraud systems.
6. EU Consumer Rights
If you are an EU consumer, this Policy does not limit your statutory rights under:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
- Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022
