1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website ai-income.eu, its subdomains, or any products and services offered by MUNAVE LIMITED — including products sold through the Whop platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and:

AI Income provides the following digital products and services:

• AI Income Brain System — a library of 812 AI-powered professional skill files, specialist agents, and executive advisory tools for business professionals
• AI Income Executor System — a library of 831+ technical AI tools including code agents, slash commands, skills, and automation packs for developers and technical professionals
• Digital Products — supplementary skill packs, guides, templates, and automation workflows distributed via Whop or our website

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be located in a country subject to EU, UN, US, or Irish international sanctions
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Some features require account registration via the Whop platform or our website. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

All content on ai-income.eu — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and code — is the property of MUNAVE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 Digital Product License

Digital products purchased via Whop or ai-income.eu are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the product in accordance with these Terms and the EULA.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share digital products with third parties
• Publish, upload, or make available any AI Income product files publicly
• Create competing products derived from our content or methodology
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate license termination and may result in legal action.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied in accordance with EU VAT regulations where applicable.

6.2 Digital Products

Full payment is required at checkout via the Whop platform. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and other methods offered by Whop.

6.3 Currency and Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges applicable in your jurisdiction. EU VAT-registered business customers may provide their VAT number for reverse charge invoicing.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users or our staff
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Redistribute or resell our digital products without written permission
• Build competing products using our proprietary content or methodology

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

AI tools and digital content involve inherent uncertainty. Results achieved by other users are illustrative and not guaranteed. Business outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, complete, or fit for any specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law:

• Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MUNAVE LIMITED and its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service in breach of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights by materials you provide to us.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA), constitute the entire agreement between you and MUNAVE LIMITED regarding the use of the Service.
